It’s a dream come true story that we have to share when we talk about Pran hospital. After a long wait of 12 years, and undergoing lot of failed treatments in different places, we got an opportunity to explore Pran Hospital.The experience we had with Dr Anupama was immaculate and super perfect.We were lucky to have such a great doctor with immense perfection and dedication. Doctor had a great role in giving us immense mental strength and hope to have our little prince.I stayed throughout my pregnancy in the hospital.The support,help and timely response offered by each and every staff in the hospital was commendable.Each and every staff is having a pleasing personality and smiling face whenever I approached them which is an important factor for mental boosting during this phase. Hospital is well equipped with advanced and modern technology and facilities.High quality medical treatment with timely follow ups and crucial diagnosis is practiced in the hospital.I had multiple issues and everything was tackled without any hurdles throughout the journey with the efficient guidance of all the doctors in the hospital. 24/7 doctor service is available in case of any emergency which they handled with extreme ease. In a nutshell I can suggest Pran Hospital to anyone who eagerly wait for their child, with full confidence and can assure a better result and experience they can avail anywhere in India.

I must express my gratitude for the hospital's kindness, the accommodating admin, and the exceptional care provided by the junior doctor. However, I'd like to share my experience during my consultation with Dr. Anupama. It seemed that she might have been having a challenging day, as her approach had a certain demeanor. While I mentioned that I had completed some tests already, she initially overlooked the documents. After pointing out the information in the Pran folder, she did take a look but seemed a bit rushed. The consultation felt brief, and I later had to remind her about my major concerns that weren't addressed. Interestingly, the junior doctor had already attended to those issues and documented them in the folder. During the examination, the thin curtain was the only form of privacy, yet I could hear the conversation with the next patient, raising concerns about the confidentiality of my examination. For me, privacy during such examinations is quite important. While I understand that it could have been a busy night, and perhaps the next patient was waiting, I traveled to Kerala with the expectation of a more personalized consultation experience. Additionally, I received a prescription for several medications without clear explanations about their purpose. I believe that effective communication and individualized attention are essential for a meaningful consultation.

Me and My family are very happy and satisfied with the service and treatment we got at Pran. Prior to that we visited two other fertility clinics and had negative results and experience. By God's grace at Pran my wife got conceived in the first attempt. I definitely recommend Pran to other couples who are looking for a IVF treatment. Thanks to Pran team once again.

So grateful to Dr. Anupama Ramachandran and her entire team at Pran Hospital for making our pregnancy journey hassle-free and exciting!! Each and every step through out the pregnancy, there was proper guidance and evaluation of growth and health. Doctors and nursing staff were very approachable and friendly to clarify any concerns or doubts, and supported us to feel at ease. We are so glad that we opted Pran to ensure proper care and guidance! Special mention to Dr. Anila Azad and Sr. Krishnendu for their positive spirit and for being with me the whole time supporting and reassuring that normal delivery is possible and helping me to go for it, even when I had given up on it. Its been 6 months since we have entered the wonderful world of parenthood. The wait for that experience was very long though..... There were stages during those period where we tried various options & hospitals but all went in vain & we literally lost hope. Then we heard about Dr Anupama & Pran Hospital. We thought of giving it a try for one last time & decided to see ma'am... It was an experience from there on.. Ma'am was very approachable, calm & caring. not only ma'am, the entire staff were with us throughout the journey. The care which we received from PRAN was impeccable. Aswathy sister, Divya sister, nisha sister, Hannabi ma'am all played their part in realizing our dream. Aswathy sister needs a special mention, her personal care and attention was at a different level. Come April 25, 2023, the day. Arrival of our dream. I was skeptical about the delivery procedures, pain and complication. With that in mind and with excitement of receiving our kid, I walked to the theatre. 9.40 am I heard the first cry of our son.. The moment of joy.... I saw my son for the first time and I have no words to express my feeling. The angels at the theatre were equally wonderful. Their empathy, consideration and care were unparallel. Post delivery scenario was un eventful. I can vouch that I have experienced the ''real pain less delivery " All in all the difference the team under the leadership of Dr Anupama ma'am made to our life is priceless. Let the God be kind enough to us and help us to retain all the happiness we have experienced. My experience with the Pran Hospital was good. Dr. Anupama is one of the best IVF doctor in Trivandrum and is a highly knowledgeable and absolutely amazing human being. I have gone through my IVF journey with Dr. Anupama and her team and never felt alone for a single moment. They were so caring and supportive with a positive attitude when we were going through such a complicated process. We got a Successful IVF. Thank you team Pran.
